Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
Review oversize/overweight permits for accuracy, completeness, routes, and restrictions.
Ensure permits comply with applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
Review routes to support safe travel throughout the state.
Provide customer support to commercial carriers regarding permit status and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.
Customer service experience required.
Motor carrier permit/registration experience preferred.
Experience with transportation/logistics, freight movement, or heavy-haul permitting is a plus.
Analytical experience involving regulatory compliance preferred.
Data/system experience and permit management/routing software experience preferred.
GIS experience is a plus.
