About the role

Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative will provide service support for inquiries related to financial transactions, account balances, account activity, authorization letters, employee stock options, and other financial services. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer and internal partner inquiries. Provide clear, complete, and accurate responses to customer and internal partner inquiries. Support both internal business partners and external customers by delivering high-quality service. Authenticate customers and follow established policies, procedures, and risk controls. Identify and escalate potential risks or complex issues through appropriate channels. Navigate multiple systems and resources to research policies, products, services, and account information. Research and resolve customer account issues accurately and efficiently. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a strong customer-service mindset. Manage time effectively while meeting productivity and service-level expectations. Protect confidential customer and financial information in accordance with company policies. Work effectively in a virtual environment and maintain professional business-casual standards during training and working hours. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
