About the role
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the customer base and the animation of the network in your sector consisting of the following departments: 51 - 77 - 10 - 52 - 89 - 21 - 58 - 71.
Your tasks will include:
Promoting our products (irrigation, sprayers, pumps...) with the large distribution circuits (GSA and GSB) and with specialists (garden centers and LISA), Visiting clients (GSA, GSB, agricultural cooperatives, garden centers, etc...) to present the product ranges and new products, Participating in commercial events (trade shows, fairs, etc...), Managing the commercial means provided by the Sales Manager (budget, PLV, TV, prizes, invitations, etc.).Taking orders to meet the sales targets and margin objectives defined by the Commercial Director and Sales Manager while respecting the strategy and commercial conditions and promotional operations, Ensuring the good exposure of products in stores, the optimization of the line and the presentation of our products (facings, location, packaging, labels, prices, ILV PLV...), Animating the sales force of our wholesale partners and distributors, Identifying after-sales service problems and, based on the diagnosis, choosing the optimal solution (repair on site, return to after-sales service, destruction with receipt...), Managing the customer file by organizing tours and cycles of visits according to potential.
Required Profile:
- Bac +4/5 of higher commercial education (ESC, IAE or equivalent), you have at least 6 months of experience (including internships) in sales, commerce and distribution on the field or Bac +3 with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sector Manager.
- Appreciation for the gardening sector
- Independent, mobile, rigorous, able to work in a network, you have the desire to join a company in full growth.
