- Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Generate and close residential roofing sales in the Shallotte and South Brunswick County area
- Perform roof inspections and evaluate storm, wind, and age-related damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claim processes
- Prepare accurate roofing estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity through the sales process
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure project success
- Represent Fortitude Roofing with professionalism, transparency, and accountability
- Qualifications2–5 years of home service or roofing sales experience (required)
- Strong understanding of residential roofing systems
- Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration is a plus
- Proven ability to close sales and manage a pipeline
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commission-based compensation$120,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) for qualified performers
