Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Cookeville, TN area.
Key Responsibilities include: Improve manufacturing efficiency through process optimization and Lean initiatives. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing. Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Specify, source, and implement manufacturing tooling and equipment. Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation. Support new product launches and production ramp-ups. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues. Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related 2+ years of Manufacturing, Process, Industrial or similar Engineering experience Strong process improvement and data analysis skills Lean/Continuous Improvement experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa now or in the future.
