About the role

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment Direct experience managing quality deliverables for existing product lines and implementing post-launch changes. Proven track record of leading qualification activities for new components, materials, or design modifications Demonstrated proficiency with standard quality methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Controls, Control Plans, Design of Experiments)Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations Experience with the utilization of measurement systems Experience with any of the following: mechanical enclosures, textiles, leather, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, (e.g. Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, Etc)Hands‑on experience developing and executing test plans, analyzing test data, and writing comprehensive technical reports
