About the role
Solutions Engineer *No sponsorship offered. Must be based in the US.*We're partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed AI company looking for a Solutions Engineer to solve complex customer problems at the intersection of engineering and product. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical challenges, build custom solutions, and influence the product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shipping code, working in ambiguous environments, and owning problems from discovery through deployment.
What You'll Do:
Build custom solutions, integrations, and automations for enterprise customers. Design technical workflows using APIs, SQL, and modern development tools. Debug complex customer issues and drive them to resolution. Own technical implementations from discovery through deployment. Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn customer needs into product improvements. Create reusable tools, documentation, and best practices that scale.
What We're Looking For:
2–6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or in a similarly technical, customer-facing role. Strong programming skills and experience shipping production code. Tech Stack can include Type Script/Java Script, Python, Java, C++, Go, etc. Experience working with APIs, SQL, integrations, and cloud-based SaaS platforms. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving open-ended technical problems. Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar is a plus.
