As a Design Engineer, you will play a key role in developing next-generation memory technologies by designing, analyzing, and optimizing digital and analog circuits. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, helping deliver high-quality, manufacturable memory solutions that meet performance, reliability, cost, and customer requirements.Responsibilities:Contribute to the design, layout, verification, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits for new product developmentPerform parasitic modeling and support design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisionsLead layout activities including floor planning, placement, and routingPartner with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Assembly, Process Integration, and Marketing teams to ensure manufacturable product designsCollaborate with CAD, modeling, standards, and verification teams to improve design quality and executionMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 4 years of semiconductor design and development experienceProven experience with integrated circuit modeling and simulation using SPICE and VerilogWorking knowledge of Synopsys design tools and Cadence VirtuosoStrong understanding of digital and analog circuit design methodologiesPreferred Qualifications: Experience designing and developing volatile or nonvolatile memory technologiesKnowledge of advanced memory technologies including ferroelectric memory, wafer bonding, advanced packaging, small-signal sensing, and high-voltage reliability5+ years of experience in mixed-signal design and product engineering3+ years of experience with parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisionsExperience working with Agentic AI tools to assist with design and verificationAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.Micron benefits are designed to help you stay well, provide peace of mind and help you prepare for the future.
