About the role

People exploring health coverage and life benefits rarely need more paperwork. They need someone patient enough to walk them through what their options actually mean. The Dorne Region is hiring a Benefits Enrollment Associate in West Palm Beach. In this full-time, on-site role, you will meet with individuals who have questions about their coverage choices, help them understand what is available, and guide each conversation toward a confident next step. No degree is required. No prior insurance experience is needed. If you have spent time in customer support, healthcare reception, retail, hospitality, or any environment where listening carefully and explaining things clearly was part of the job, you already have a foundation to build on. Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. Structured training from day one means you will not be left to figure things out on your own, and daily practice in a professional office environment builds confidence quickly.
What you will do:
  • Speak with individuals evaluating coverage and benefit options
  • Explain available options clearly and answer follow-up questions
  • Guide clients toward an informed next step
  • Maintain organized, accurate records of each interaction
  • Follow up consistently and professionally
As your skills develop, your earning potential and level of client responsibility grow with them. Apply today to be considered.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
