Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service in Boise, ID. You will manage medications, perform clinic interventions, handle referrals, and support pre- and post-operative visits within a multi-disciplinary team environment. The ideal candidate has an unrestricted PA/NP license in Idaho (and Oregon), with valid controlled substance registration and DEA/Pharmacy credentials.
