About the role
HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead HDR's wastewater treatment and effluent management capabilities across multiple markets. The role focuses on strategic direction, staff development, and high‐level client delivery in a research-informed, risk‐aware framework. The successful candidate will mentor technical leaders, drive program quality, and collaborate with market sectors, regions and operations to advance HDR's wastewater practice. Travel is expected up to 50%.
