MeUndies seeks a Senior Manager/Director, People Operations to lead the People Team and partner with the C‑Suite to shape strategy for recruiting, retention, and an exceptional employee experience. This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles with four in-office days per week. You will own HR processes across the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives, while building a high‑performing organization that supports MeUndies’ growth and values.
