About the role

Talent Acq Llc is seeking a General Manager for its Southern New England operations. This on-site role oversees three divisions—construction, service, and generator sales/maintenance—and reports directly to the President. You will own the P&L, lead a leadership team, and drive growth with a strong safety culture. You bring 10+ years in electrical/mechanical contracting, 5+ years in senior leadership, and a proven ability to scale a multi-division business while ensuring solid financial results
