About the role
Seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Sales to work onsite in Rhode Island and with New England clients, who will manage new business development, create repeatable sales processes, and coach emerging sales talent within a full-time, salaried role.
Key responsibilities:
Win new business by building relationships, identifying target accounts, and leading consultative sales conversations
Develop and implement repeatable sales processes and frameworks to enhance consistency in selling practices
Coach and train developing sellers through hands-on guidance and feedback during live sales opportunities
Required qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within consulting, professional services, or technology advisory
Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing new business in a complex B2B environment
Experience in developing sales processes, playbooks, and operational practices for effective selling
Hands-on coaching experience with less-experienced sellers in real sales scenarios
Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, pricing, and deal economics in a sales context
