About the role

Twin Disc is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the engineering team at our Racine facility. You will drive manufacturing performance through process optimization, lean initiatives, automation, and capital investments, while advancing safety, quality, and delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production to ensure manufacturability in new products and manage production readiness plans for launches.
