About the role
Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to design and operate a global Manager Development Program. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, shaping learning journeys and facilitating manager experiences across engineering, manufacturing, and data center functions.
Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of L&D leadership, strong technical fluency, and a data-driven mindset to measure ROI and program effectiveness. Travel ~25% to global offices and sites is expected.
