About the role

City of Burlington, Vermont seeks an Airport Ambassador at Burlington International Airport. This role delivers exceptional customer service to passengers and visitors, assists with luggage, directions, and general information, and supports safety and security protocols across terminal, roadways, and parking areas. You will work evenings (4:00 PM–12:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday), coordinate with airlines and airport staff, and use fee kiosks and security procedures.
