About the role
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns across a variety of audiences, products, and platforms in support of business objectives.
- Manage email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Design, build, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Create and maintain audience segments using SQL Query Activities, Filter Activities, and Data Extensions.
- Develop triggered communications based on customer behaviors, CRM events, and business rules.
- Leverage dynamic content, personalization, decision splits, and audience targeting to deliver relevant customer experiences.
- Understand Einstein capabilities and best practices for using it for journey sends
- Partner with stakeholders and serve as an internal consultant on email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate across marketing teams to optimize email content, scheduling, deployment, and automation.
- Think strategically to prioritize projects and execute email marketing campaigns that support short- and long-term goals.
- Establish email marketing best practices and support automation strategies that improve channel performance and efficiency.
- Practice best in class QA. Follow and improve internal processes and execute with strong attention to detail.
- Provide clear campaign results against goals and relevant benchmarks.
- Assess email performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure clear, timely communication of relevant email marketing activities and collect stakeholder feedback.
- Reporting Relationships:
- As our Email Marketing Manager, you will report to our Email & Marketing Automation Lead, who reports to our Head of Channels.
