Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle travel arrangements for business and personal needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and incoming communications, ensuring professionalism and discretion. Oversee daily office operations including mail handling, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and supply management. Maintain confidential records, legal documents, and digital filing systems including Share Point and Teams channels. Support employee onboarding, assist with technology setup, and help implement AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in executive support or office management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with systems like Yardi, Quick Books, and Share Point. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience coordinating with vendors, managing facilities, and supporting cross-departmental operations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Knowledge of legal documentation such as PSAs, LOIs, and amendments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance operational processes.
