About the role
Madrigal is seeking a seasoned Key Account Director to drive access to Rezdiffra within regional IDNs and HCP Super Groups. You will partner with cross-functional teams to advance pull-through programs, strengthening relationships with C-suite, pharmacy, and medical directors in assigned accounts.
The role requires 12+ years in pharma/healthcare, strategic account management, and the ability to travel 60–80%.
