Districtwide Substitute Paraprofessionals The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for Districtwide Substitute Paraprofessionals working with students. Requirements:
  • Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation, having 1 of the 3 listed below:
  • Completed two years of study (earning 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).Have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment ParaPro or Para
  • Educator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).
Compensation: Substitutes are paid at step 1 of the classification they sub for.
