About the role
Seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant (Contract) for a 12+ month consulting opportunity. Can live anywhere in USA.AI Transformation Delivery LeadEnterprise AI Transformation Delivery Lead who partners with business stakeholders to diagnose high-value operational problems, redesign complete end-to-end processes, and deliver integrated solutions using the right mix of AI, data, applications, integrations, and platforms. This is a hands-on delivery role (not advisory-only or single-task automation) focused on reducing costs, improving productivity, unlocking insights, and shifting work to higher-value activities. The leader must guide or assemble a multidisciplinary pod from discovery through production.Key requirements:Proven experience leading enterprise AI / digital-transformation programs and delivering production solutions (not just POCs or strategy)Strong process redesign, business analysis, and ability to select the right technology for the problemBroad technical fluency across generative AI/LLMs, ML, agents, enterprise apps/SaaS, data platforms, APIs, and integrationsExperience leading cross-functional technical teams plus strong executive communication and stakeholder managementPreferred: hands-on with tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, SAP Joule, etc.; background in mining, industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries; experience transforming operational, finance, supply-chain, or compliance processesEngagement: Long-term consulting (min. 1 year), fully remote (US), opportunity to lead a larger delivery team on a multi-year AI portfolio.
