Senior Project Manager - Data Centres$190,000 - €225,000 + Bonus + Package Indianapolis Based - Travel to other states required Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Construction We are working with a leading main contractor delivering data centre projects in Indianna and across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery
  • Lead the planning and delivery of large scale or multi phase construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and cost controls.
  • Ensure work meets design specifications, contract requirements and company standards.
  • Identify risks early and address any impact on cost, quality or programme.
  • Commercial management
  • Maintain budgets, cash flow projections and cost forecasts.
  • Administer owner and subcontractor contracts, including change orders and progress payments.
  • Protect project profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Team and client leadership
  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents and support teams.
  • Coordinate field operations and project management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project partners.
  • Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
  • Safety, quality and preconstruction
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
  • Oversee quality plans, inspections and corrective actions.
  • Work with estimating and preconstruction teams on budgets, constructability reviews and value engineering.
Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Significant experience managing large or complex construction projects, ideally within data centres or other mission critical facilities. Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, contracts, cost control and site safety. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Experience with construction software such as Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint or Bluebeam. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred.
