About the role

Computacenter is looking for a Workforce Manager to lead end-to-end workforce strategy and operational execution for a large-scale Rapid Data Center Deployment program across multiple U.S. sites. You will forecast demand, allocate resources, and ensure field readiness aligned with project timelines and customer SLAs. You will oversee day-to-day scheduling, onboarding, and connectivity with staffing partners, while maintaining governance and risk mitigation for labor relations and overtime
