This is CRA's good-faith estimate of the compensation it expects to pay for this role at the time of posting; actual commission earnings are uncapped and vary based on performance.Location: Denver, CO metro area (territory to be assigned)Work Location: Remote / field-based, with regular local travel to customer sites and periodic in-person meetings in the Phoenix, AZ areaJob DescriptionCompactor Rentals of America, LLC (“CRA”) has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and organized individual with a hunter mentality for Waste Equipment Rentals (compactors and balers). The Outside Sales Representative's primary responsibility is growing the compactor rental fleet customer base, maintaining current business, and pursuing new rental opportunities. This is an uncapped commission opportunity.Principal Responsibilities•    Identifies viable leads, manages prospects, and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business to meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals.•    Uses in-depth industry and company knowledge to make recommendations on equipment and leasing options.•    Completes consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.•    Creates and maintains outstanding professional business relationships with key decision-making contacts within current and prospective service accounts.•    Negotiates sales options with customers to effectively reach a mutual agreement beneficial to both the Company and the customer.•    Utilizes Salesforce daily; schedules and documents all activities and develops robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate acquisition of new customers.•    Maintains thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, and pricing structures, and offers additional services to existing and potential clients to grow targeted profitable revenue.•    Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective new clients; follows up with key customer decision-makers to close sales.•    Completes required Rental Agreements, CRM entries, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.•    Develops and maintains awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.•    Builds relationships and increases Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities, trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other events as necessary.•    Performs other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the job.Preferred Qualifications•    Minimum of 3 years' experience with a focus on sales, client relations, and/or business development within the waste management, environmental services, or industrial services industry, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste.•    Salesforce experience.•    Bachelor's degree desirable.Minimum Qualifications•    High school diploma or GED (required).•    Experience working in a growth-oriented, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.•    Experience communicating strategies and opportunities to executive, account management, and business unit operations teams.•    Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs in the waste industry.•    Valid driver's license (required); this requirement is job-related and consistent with business necessity given the field-based, customer-visit nature of this role.What's In It for YouAt Compactor Rentals of America, we offer a competitive salary and work-life balance, along with benefits designed to keep you and your family physically and financially healthy, including:•    Medical, dental, and vision insurance•    401(k) retirement plan•    Paid time off and paid training•    Short-term/long-term disability insurance•    Company-provided cell phone and laptop•    Growth opportunities•    Full benefits package eligibility after 30 days of employmentCompensation & Benefits DisclosureGeneral Description of Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off and paid training; short-term/long-term disability insurance; company-provided cell phone and laptop.
