Duties and Responsibilities: Develop knowledge and familiarity with our products Monitor operations to ensure that they meet company standards Recommend adjustments to the production process Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products Report inspection and distribution data Knowledge, Skills &
Ability Requirements: Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to continuously find improvements Ability to affect change through leadership Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent organizational skill Training Skills Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills Good computer skills including basic understanding of excel & 9-key Able to work weekends during peak season While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate both verbally and in writing The employee required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
