Construction Manager, Charging

What to ExpectWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Charging Construction team. As a Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in construction oversight and implementation of Tesla Supercharging infrastructure projects. This person must have a strong understanding of project management, with accreditation in design or engineering, general or electrical contractor experience as a bonus. The role demands innovation, agility and quick thinking, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the successful deployment of our evolving and innovative charging solutions.The ideal candidate demonstrates a bias to action, logical problem solving, and mastery of a project's tactical details. They bring high energy and an optimistic approach to completing projects in a swift and quality manner.What You'll DoManage General Contractors to ensure work is performed efficiently, code compliant, spec compliance, environmental and safety standardsPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective and innovative solutions without compromising on quality or safetyConduct on-site inspections to verify work performedIdentify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to problems in constructionWork with various internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and servicesResponsible for all aspects of the construction process from project bid to closeoutCommunicate effectively, both orally and written.
