Director, SMB Sales | Global Cybersecurity Leader | Washington, DC (Hybrid) Primis Talent is partnered with cybersecurity leader that's redefining how organizations manage human risk. We're hiring a Director of SMB Account Executives to lead and grow the SMB sales team out of the office in Arlington.
The Role:
  • You'll lead a team of 8 SMB Account Executives, owning segment revenue, team performance, and the operating rhythm that drives consistent quota attainment. This is a high velocity, high volume motion and a key growth lever for the business.
  • What You'll OwnLeading, coaching, and developing a team of 8 SMB Account ExecutivesSMB revenue attainment and quota consistency across the segment
  • Pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting to executive leadership
  • Partnering with enablement, marketing, and RevOps to improve productivity, sales velocity, and win rates
  • Hiring and scaling the SMB team in the DC office
  • Building a high performance, accountable, and supportive team culture
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years leading quota carrying sales teams, ideally in SMB or commercial SaaSProven record of driving team attainment in a high velocity, transactional sales motion
  • Strong forecasting discipline and a data driven approach to pipeline management
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing AEs into consistent performers
  • Cybersecurity or security awareness experience is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast growing, scaling environment
