The role ensures the safety, efficiency, and functionality of the facility, while managing vendor relationships and reviewing contracts to maintain effective and cost-efficient services.Essential Functions:Serve as the primary point of contact for all in-office requests, scheduling, and inquiries from corporate employees, managers, executives, and vendors, ensuring prompt and customer service-oriented responses.Greet and welcome employees, guests, and vendors to the office, creating a positive first impression and upholding a professional atmosphere.Always maintain confidentiality and assist with administrative tasks for all departments as needed, including filing, mail handling, and data entry.Manage shipping logistics, including creation of shipping labels and scheduling pickups.Maintain the master floor plan and workstation assignments and perform regular office standards compliance audits through random walkthroughs.Conduct daily inspections to ensure office cleanliness and identify needed repairs, resolving or coordinating as necessary.Address daily facility issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and ongoing maintenance needs.Answer incoming mainline phone calls and support employee programs such as regional anniversary and birthday recognition.Act as lead for the office/regional Event Committee, organizing events within budget and managing related logistics.Manage office supply inventory and essential ordering while maintaining timely and regular attendance and performing other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma required; relevant experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer applicationsSolid math, reasoning, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective project management skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to always represent Dominium with professionalismDominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
