About the role
To lead meaningful conversations in a new podcast, a remote contract Healthcare Podcast Host will conduct engaging interviews with fellow healthcare professionals, collaborate on episode themes, and promote the podcast across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Host and conduct thoughtful interviews with healthcare workers, drawing out impactful personal and professional stories
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Content Marketing & Community to shape episode themes and narrative flow
Promote podcast episodes across personal and branded digital channels to enhance visibility
Required Qualifications:
Current or former healthcare professional with firsthand understanding of clinician life and culture
Demonstrated talent for conducting authentic interviews and storytelling
Prior experience in podcast hosting, broadcasting, or content creation on social media platforms
Experience with podcast recording software, such as Riverside.fm, is preferred
Genuine passion for advocating for healthcare workers and amplifying clinician voices
