With more than 40 years as a nationally recognized leader in custom storage and home organization, Closet Factory designs and installs premium custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, wall beds, and more. This is a sales-driven design role that combines creativity, relationship-building, and high earning potential. You’ll work directly with homeowners to design custom storage solutions while guiding projects from concept to completion.

• High earning potential with uncapped commissions• Average performers earn $40,000 to $80,000+ annually• Top performers exceed $100,000+ annually• Paid training in both sales and design• Flexible, autonomous schedule with showroom access• Pre-qualified leads to supplement your pipeline• Ongoing support, mentorship, and marketing resources• Access to professional design tools and materials What You’ll Do• Meet with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand project goals and storage needs• Design custom storage solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics• Present designs, refine concepts, and close projects• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and social platforms• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent activity• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail What Makes You a Great Fit• Sales-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills• Passionate about design, organization, and functional living spaces• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently• Experience in sales, design, home improvement, or related industries preferred• Comfortable generating your own opportunities and building a book of business• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar platforms is a plus• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Why Join Closet Factory?
