MBO Operator

Pay Rate: $22-35/hr. Available shifts:1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am Responsibilities of the MBO Operator: Perform routine setup tasks: setup Roll to Sheet/folded on MBO or Hunkler line, setup/operate product counters, setup/operate glue systems Setup glue (hot melt) in lines, elongated dots, and dots perf job ticket Set up multi-feed units to feed carriers and attached components, more standardized simplified formats Works with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure they understand how to properly load/produce/pack product on the machine Conduct preventative maintenance and identity items to repair Communicate requirements effectively with other team members, supervision, and maintenance Ensures all required documentation is completed on the production line for all team members and turned in to the supervisor Responds to QC alerts and concerns with the required measures to satisfy the situation by requesting the right assistance Alerts supervisor to any condition where excessive downtime is being experienced Leads initiative to keep the area clean and safe throughout the shift Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications of the MBO Operator: High school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude Ability to stand/walk for long periods throughout a shift Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to make repairs to line equipment when parts are available and in hand.
