Eleo is hiring a Corporate Counsel to act as a strategic legal partner across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Procurement in a dynamic global freight forwarding and logistics business. You will structure commercial transactions with a focus on practical, business-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad portfolio of domestic and international contracts, managing risk, ensuring governance and compliance, and driving contract templates and negotiation
