About the role

Job Description: Plant Supervisor Support Personnel Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to support daily toilet paper production, warehouse, loading, inventory, and office operations.
Responsibilities: Support daily plant operations and the Plant Supervisor. Operate production equipment, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. Assist with loading, inventory, and basic mechanical troubleshooting. Complete basic office and computer tasks using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and company systems. Fill in for production operators as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Occasionally lift up to 120 lbs. using proper equipment or assistance.
Requirements: Forklift and electric pallet jack certification. Production line machine operations and equipment experience. Microsoft Office/Outlook and computer experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation.
