About the role
Centric Health is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA/HHA to provide personal care and supportive services in patients' homes. Under RN supervision, the aide ensures comfort, safety and dignity for patients and families.
Minimum requirements include a Nurse Aide program completion, state certification, CPR, and reliable transportation. Prior hospice/home health experience is preferred.
