About the role
Datavant is seeking an experienced Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts and act as a hands-on coach. You will guide analytics work, mentor junior and senior staff, and collaborate across time zones to deliver high-impact risk adjustment insights.
You will partner with operations and customer success, stay ahead of industry trends, and produce both internal reports and external content to showcase analytics impact.
