Job duties include but are not limited to: Answer phones, greet showroom customers, and manage general phone/email inboxes.
Assist customers with product questions, warranties, and small purchases.
Manage payment processing, reconciling billing, returns, and accounts receivable functions.
Perform office duties such as filing, running reports, creating forms for staff.
Plan and manage employee events.
May require sporadic off-site trips for local supply runs. (within 5 miles)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Ability and desire to learn about products to be able to assist customers.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) including creating forms, excel spreadsheets with basic formulas, and managing Outlook calendars.
Previous experience with AR is a plus.
Must be ready for a fast paced and fun environment.
Quick learner with problem solving skills and ability to work independently with little supervision.
Positive attitude and a team player who can take direction from other team members.
Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
Position requires standing, walking to and from other buildings, and lifting/carrying products up to 70 pounds
