Pre-Owned Sales Consultant

What You'll Do: Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget Build strong relationships with customers and provide a welcoming, no-pressure sales experience Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, financing, and available protection products Respond promptly to internet, phone, and walk-in inquiries Follow up with prospective and previous customers to develop repeat and referral business Maintain an organized customer follow-up process and accurate records Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure a smooth purchasing experience Maintain a professional appearance and showroom environment Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals

What We're Looking For: Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and energetic attitude Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
