Retail Senior Pharmacy Tech- Business Specialist- ProHealth Care- 1.0 FTE- Days
Location: N16 W24131 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha WI 53188, United States Job Type: Days - 1st ShiftThe retail business specialist is the most advanced technician role within the ProHealth retail pharmacy team. In this role, collaborating alongside the Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager and Supervisor you will work to perform advanced claim reconciliation and financial review, oversee inventory and contract compliance management, review processes for continued areas of improvement, and perform other advanced technician tasks as needed. This role will work out of the four retail pharmacy locations and is a great entry point for strong external lead pharmacy technicians who are looking to enter a health system environment and can serve as a potential career advancement opportunity for more advanced technician roles within the broader ProHealth Pharmacy Team.
Schedule Details:
  • Rotating schedule at the 4 retail pharmacies that primarily consists of day shifts though will have some weekend business needs. Must be willing to travel to all retail pharmacy
  • You Will Do:
  • Performs complex, specialized pharmaceutical duties for the pharmacy department, working under direct supervision of Registered Pharmacists and Pharmacy Management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalentCPhTRegistered with State of Wisconsin
  • Oncology Specialist require at least 6 months of sterile IV preparation and/or experience preparing chemotherapy/hazardous medication/biologicsWI Driver's License
