About the role
We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our client's team in Miami. This role oversees the second shift, which runs from 2:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team in a manufacturing environment. In this important role, you will help oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of quality standards such as CGMP, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations, along with the leadership skills needed to guide cross-functional teams. This is a great opportunity to join an organization that values its team members and pays 100% healthcare for all employees, offers two bonuses, and a 401 (k) package. This position lets you influence product quality, improve key processes, and collaborate with teams across the organization. Your contributions will help prevent defects, resolve customer and supplier concerns, strengthen compliance, and create a workplace where quality is everyone’s responsibility. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating across departments, and seeing your ideas produce measurable results, and have experience working in a manufacturing environment, please apply; we would love to meet you.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
