About the role
Technology Infrastructure Project Manager – M&A Integration We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to support complex technology integration initiatives within a global financial services environment. This role will focus on mergers, acquisitions, and entity integrations, working across infrastructure teams including Networks, End User Services, Cloud, Information Security, and Data Center Services.*Contract opportunity**Onsite in NYC*
What You’ll Do:
Lead technology integration and migration initiatives from planning through execution and cutover. Coordinate multiple infrastructure workstreams, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Partner with technical leads and senior stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues. Provide program updates, manage governance, and escalate risks or decisions as needed. Support successful integration while maintaining security, compliance, budget, and operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of technology project/program management experience. Significant experience leading mergers, acquisitions, or entity integration programs.
Required:
Experience delivering technology integrations within financial services. Experience managing technology migrations, infrastructure integrations, and cutovers. Experience with network migrations, IAM transitions, endpoint migrations, and application re-platforming. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms. Understanding of financial services technology environments and related security and compliance requirements. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve project delivery and infrastructure efficiency. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, identify risks, and drive execution across global teams and time zones. Key requirement: Candidates should have a strong combination of M&A/entity integration experience, financial services experience, and technology infrastructure experience.
