About the role
Job Title Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain the pre-registration database to ensure accurate and organized contact information.• Develop, schedule, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to pre-registered individuals.• Segment contact lists based on campaign objectives, demographics, location, and engagement history.• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, responses, and scheduling conversions.• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and call-to-action strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.• Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and recommendations for improvement.• Collaborate with the Scheduling, Marketing, and Operations teams to align campaigns with clinic availability and organizational priorities.• Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy regulations, and company communication standards.• Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive leads through automated email workflows and follow-up campaigns.• Assist with maintaining the integrity of marketing data and provide insights to improve overall patient acquisition and scheduling performance. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM/database management.• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.• Experience handling and circumventing spam protection to maximize email deliverability and campaign performance.• Experience with healthcare marketing or patient engagement is a plus.
