About the role

Adara Communities seeks an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician at MacArthur Park. You will handle daily service requests, assist with unit make-readies, and perform plumbing, electrical, appliance and pool upkeep while delivering outstanding resident service. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, a valid HVAC license, own basic tools, and a willingness to be on-call. You’ll join a team focused on safe, clean, well-maintained communities with strong growth
