Homeside Rehab, a premier home health care provider, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our home health team in North Tonawanda, NY. Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy in patients' homes to help them reach their full potential. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering OT interventions, and documenting care per regulations. A NYS OT license is required; driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
