About the role

Clow is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll work with metal parts using tumblers, sanders, dryers, and other tools to remove sharp edges and create a clean, finished product. This is a fast-paced job with some variety throughout the day, so you'll work with different parts and finishing processes rather than doing the exact same thing all day. No previous experience is required. We'll provide on-the-job training and help you build a strong foundation in manufacturing with opportunities to learn and grow. Shifts Available Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Friday (+$1.25/hour shift differential) Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hr shift differential) Starting rate of pay:$19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr, finish, and dry parts according to specifications Load and unload parts while adjusting machine settings to achieve consistent results Inspect parts before and after processing to verify quality standards are met Move parts through the finishing process and prepare them for the next operation Utilize computer systems to record production, manage inventory, and track job activity Maintain organization of bins, boxes, and materials for each job Requirements Basic math skills for weights, counts, and production tracking Strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a production environment Frequent handling of parts, bins, and materials Ability to lift and move materials as needed Repetitive motion involving loading, unloading, and inspecting parts Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
