As a UX Interaction Designer, you’ll join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products. You’ll always start from a user-centered app-first mindset to drive intuitive, highly engaging user journeys for our products. You’ll bring a builder's mindset with strong craft and the ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent user experience while also assessing for execution, longevity and scale of designs. You’ll have an aesthetic sensibility, understanding relevant trends to make design decisions that increase the overall appeal of our product set. You’ll be a systems thinker with the ability to analyze existing landscapes and consider how factors or components interrelate with each other and within the context of larger systems. You’ll bring AI fluency to effectively interact and prototype with AI tools, understand core AI concepts and limitations and critically assess desired outputs for accuracy. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing for mobile applications for iOS or Android.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 4 years of experience leading design projects.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
  • Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
  • Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
  • Drive design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.
