About the role
Job Description:
The position will serve as the front desk receptionist in the main lobby. Greet clients and visitors with questions or appointments with the Director, Deputy Directors, and other agencystaff, and direct them to the appropriate area.
Provide telephone and administrative backup to all offices in the Office of the Director.
Assist the Executive Assistants in the Office of the Director with various clerical activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
