About the role
Driving sponsorship revenue across industry-leading events, the full-time remote Director of Sponsorship Sales will identify, develop, and close strategic sponsorship partnerships while supporting revenue growth through merchandise and activation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own sponsorship revenue targets and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsorship clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying account expansion opportunities
Partner with organizations to develop merchandise and recognition solutions that amplify their achievements and drive incremental revenue
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, event sales, or related business development
Proven success in high-activity sales environments with a track record of exceeding quotas
Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
High degree of accountability and organization in sales discipline
