Job Description:
Front Desk Lead | Pamper Me Nail Lounge Salermo HR Services is recruiting on behalf of Pamper Me Nail Lounge in Chino Hills, California. We are looking for a friendly, organized working lead to support the front desk, guest experience, and daily salon operations.
Location: 3580 Grand Ave, Unit CE, Chino Hills, CA 91709
Schedule: Part-time; specific shifts discussed during the interview
Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications
What you will do:
Welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and answer phone and appointment inquiries. Coordinate bookings and appointment flow while keeping guests and technicians informed. Process payments accurately and help guests with service and retail questions. Support opening and closing procedures and keep the front desk organized. Serve as an onsite point person for team communication and routine guest concerns, escalating matters to ownership when needed. Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional salon environment.
What we are looking for:
Customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, or salon experience. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Comfort using appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Ability to stay composed while coordinating several guests and appointments. Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred. Vietnamese-speaking ability is preferred. An active nail technician license is preferred. Please apply with your resume and availability.
