This individual will play a key role in driving large-scale initiatives and supporting strategic projects across the firm. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a background in the financial sector who can confidently engage with senior executives from day one, lead meetings with clarity and authority, and ensure project momentum. You will collaborate with our Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Investment teams to execute projects that support the growth of our businesses. Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential for success in this role.ROLE OVERVIEWEnterprise & Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Operate as part of an enterprise-level program and project management team, leading and supporting initiatives that span multiple business units and functions. Projects are highly cross-functional and may involve business areas such as Treasury, Legal, Operations and Compliance, as well as investment teams across multiple asset classes.Process Improvement & Systematization: Help improve, streamline, and systematize processes across the business, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Business & Strategy Buildout: Play a key role in building out new businesses and strategies, supporting the firm's growth and innovation objectives.Firmwide Exposure & Learning: Gain access to virtually every department in the firm, providing a unique opportunity to learn how a hedge fund operates from top to bottom. PMO Standards & Best Practices: Contribute to the development and implementation of project management standards and best practices, helping to set the bar for PMO excellence across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally in a financial-related field (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance, or financial technology)Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead meetings and present confidently to senior executives; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience driving results independently with a focus on delivery.Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, (e.g., Confluence, Asana, Jira), data analytics, or business intelligence platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
